The vocational training of employees is a central component of the quality management in our company.


In 2011, Weber-Ingenieure GmbH was able to welcome the 60th apprentice since 1974. The continual availability of training places for CAD designers therefore has a big tradition in the company and will continue to be an important part as our personnel expands.


An annual budget is reserved for the technical further training of our employees. This includes participation in technical seminars or raising technical qualifications through courses with individual certificates.


A third pillar of our vocational training is the training of others. A number of company employees carry out university teaching, train technical personnel at an administrative or engineering level in the course of technical seminars of various associations (e.g. DWA), provide input at seminar events or teach special technical subjects during the training of technical workers for the operation of waste water treatment plants.
